Are you an experienced acute nurse with a passion for teaching? We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Skills Nurse to join our corporate team to support the delivery of education and support to our nursing teams. You will be delivering both classroom and bed side teaching and education to non UK trained nurses, Preceptees and Healthcare Assistants. We have a very successful OSCE preparation programme for our non-UK trained nurses with a 92% pass rate (compared to 54% nationally NMC 2017) and we are looking to expand this in 2018.
Join us at an exciting time when we are growing our education and training for all nursing staff. To support learning we are about to open a second clinical skills lab with a significant investment made into simulation equipment.
You must be a self starter, with recent acute hospital and mentoring experience.
Interviews will be held on Friday 2nd March AM.
Please note that this role is subject to a DBS check which will be charged to the successful candidate. Full details can be found within the ‘DBS Information’ documents attached to this advert.
